What’s your policy regarding fees?

We will normally be able to provide a fix fee quotation. We will provide an upfront written quotation explaining what our fees are. There is a 14 day cancellation period. Our fee does not include other costs such as disbursements (medical and surveyor reports, travel, photocopying charges), which may be itemised separately and on top of our fees.


What do you do with my information?

Any personal information about yourself that you provide to us will be kept confidential. We will not disclose that information to anyone else without your consent.  The only time we might be required to break this promise is in the event that somebody is in serious danger.


Do you have opening times?

You are able to contact between 9am and 6pm. We are not able to guarantee that we will always immediately be able to answer calls, however if you leave us a message we will get back to you as soon as is possible.


What do you mean when you say that you are not regulated by the FCA or SRA?

We only provide financial and legal advice that is not legally required to be regulated by either organisation.  This helps us to reduce our costs and provide you with an affordable service. However, we will happily refer you onto a regulated firm if it is clear that you require that service.
